Ages 4-9: 1 capsule per day (if your child can safely swallow capsules)

Ages 9-14: Up to 2 capsules per day

Ages 14+: Up to 3 capsules per day

In the event you would like to return anything, we are happy to refund any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging.
