MPOWDER was born out of frustration with a world slow to recognise the value and strength women bring as they age. Their mission is to highlight the lack of research put into female biology during midlife and the slow acceptance of evidence supporting plant-based solutions for our health and the planet. MPOWDER champions a more holistic approach, combining science and complementary therapies with medical protocols. At its heart, it's a movement that celebrates midlife as a time of power and possibility - and demands better from science, society, and for women.
