Can I swap / change the supplements in my order?

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling a subscription with us is very straightforward.

Please note this will not cancel any orders already placed.

How will I know when my next subscription order is arriving?

What should I do if I received an order confirmation for a subscription I was not aware I signed up for?

In the event that you receive an order confirmation for an unintended subscription, please login to your account and cancel the subscription https://w-wellness.co.uk/a/account/login .

In most cases your order will already have processed at our warehouse and be on its way, you may refuse the package upon delivery or follow the free return instructions we can provide you with.

How do sales and promotions affect my subscription?

During the year we will run seasonal sales and promotional offers. Subscriptions will not be subject to additional discounts beyond the standard subscription discount (10% for monthly, 15% for 3-month, and 20% for 6-month subscriptions).

No additional discount codes or offers can be used in conjunction with subscription purchases, even during sale or promotional periods.

How does free delivery work with subscriptions?

If we are offering a free delivery promotion when you set up your subscription, please note that the free delivery will only apply to your first subscription order. For all subsequent deliveries, standard delivery charges will apply unless your order totals £50 or more, in which case free delivery will continue to be applied.

All subscription orders over £50 will automatically qualify for free delivery throughout the duration of your subscription.
