How To Use

Take 1-2 sachets per day. Open the sachet, squeeze gel contents into a small amount of water or juice. The gel contents will not dissolve, drink on an empty stomach 15 minutes before eating. Can also be folded gently into a yoghurt. Hypoglycemic substances like caffeine should be avoided for at least 15 minutes after taking the product.
