An online consultation costs £50 and lasts 30 minutes, offering significant savings compared to typical in-clinic visits. You'll be paired with a W-Wellness nutritionist who specialises in your primary wellness objectives, ensuring personalised guidance tailored to your specific health and nutrition needs.

Our team of independent nutritionists and medical experts have analysed the research and compared the brands in depth in order to curate our current flagship brand portfolio which is ever evolving, ensuring we stay at the forefront of science and market developments. W-Wellness allows practitioners to decide bespoke solutions for all their clients, wherever they are on their wellness journey.

What can I expect during my W-Wellness consultation, and what are the typical costs for recommended supplements?

Once you've booked your online appointment, you'll receive a calendar invite with a link to your virtual consultation room where you'll meet your W-Wellness nutritionist at the scheduled time. During this 30-minute session, your nutritionist will discuss your wellness goals, medical history, and lifestyle preferences, including your budget and daily routines. Based on their professional assessment, they'll create a personalised treatment plan that includes recommended supplements.

An online nutrition consultation is a virtual video call where you'll meet your W-Wellness nutritionist who is matched to your wellness goals and needs. When you book an online nutrition consultation, you'll be able to select time slots that best fit your schedule. The W-Wellness platform is designed for efficiency and caters to those with busy lifestyles, so the consultation can be as long or as short as needed. Even if you only have a few minutes, you can still quickly meet your nutritionist and receive a fully personalised nutrition and supplement plan, with recommended products available for delivery to your doorstep. An average consultation lasts for 30 minutes.

Is W-Wellness a subscription service?

W-Wellness offers a flexible approach to meet your individual needs. Yes, we do provide a subscription service for supplements, allowing you to ensure a consistent supply without ever missing a day. This option is perfect for those who prefer a hassle-free, regular delivery of their personalised nutrition plan.

However, we understand that everyone's needs and preferences are different. That's why we also offer the flexibility to purchase supplements without a subscription. You can order products as and when you need them, giving you complete control over your wellness journey.

Returns Policy

W-Wellness understands that customers often have queries about our returns process. To address this, we've compiled a comprehensive list of frequently asked questions regarding our returns policy. Return Eligibility

We are happy to refund any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging.

If the products are for regular delivery (for example, a subscription), you can only change your mind after the first delivery.  If the products are split into several deliveries over different days, the period runs from the day after the last delivery.

How to Return a Product(s)

To return an item, please:

Navigate to the “Order History” section

Select the order containing the product(s) you wish to return

Follow the provided instructions to initiate the returns process.

If you checked out as a guest or encounter any issues or problems in arranging your return, please email our Customer Service Team at concierge@w-wellness.co.uk.

You must return unwanted products (and any free gifts provided with it) to us within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind to W Wellness c/o The PHL Group Ltd, Dragon works, Henfaes Lane, Welshpool, SY21 7BE.

Return Shipping

You must pay the costs of return, unless the products are faulty or misdescribed.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase suitable shipping insurance.

Refund Process

Providing that the returned product(s) is in its original state, unused and in original packaging, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the products back from you (or receiving evidence you’ve sent them to us). We refund you by the method you used for payment. We don’t charge a fee for the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original product(s) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain product(s) are non-returnable. These include but are not limited to:

gift cards;

products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them;

products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised; and

products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.
