Our offices and warehouse are closed on Bank Holidays. If your order processes during this time, it will not be shipped until the next working day, when normal opening hours and shipping will commence. Our standard delivery charge for all UK orders is £3.99.
Standard deliveries approximately arrive within 1-3 working days from despatch.
Subscription standard deliveries approximately arrive within 2-5 working days from despatch via Amazon.
Free standard delivery for all UK orders of £50 or more.
Our next day delivery charge for all UK orders is £9.99
Next working day delivery for orders placed by 2.30pm Monday to Friday.

If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, please note the following important information regarding international shipping:
Import Duties and Taxes
All International Orders are shipped via FedEx on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.
When your order reaches your country, it may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance charges. These additional costs are your responsibility, and FedEx will contact you directly to advise.
Customs authorities in your country may also inspect and open your package. By placing an international order, you are considered the importer and must comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to your delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. To check if we deliver to your location, simply go to checkout and enter your delivery address. If your country doesn’t appear in the list, please email us at concierge@w-wellness.co.uk.

For orders to the European Union, you are legally the importer and are responsible for completing any required customs formalities and paying any applicable duties or taxes.
Customs Representation
By placing an international order, you authorise our designated carrier to handle your customs clearance on your behalf. This may occur in different countries, depending on your location and the carrier used. Please note, the carrier acts solely as your direct customs representative.
Invoices and Documentation
We do not issue tax invoices for EU shipments from the UK. Any proof-of-purchase documentation is issued at our discretion and is intended only as a record of your purchase. These documents may not meet your local tax authority’s requirements for VAT refunds, and we cannot provide additional documentation.
Customs Delays
Customs processing times vary by country. While most parcels clear within a day, some may take up to two weeks. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to potential customs delays or events outside of our control (e.g., weather conditions or high demand periods).
