Josh explored holistic approaches to wellbeing, while both he and Izzi developed a daily meditation practice. This experience sparked the vision for Ape Nutrition: a brand focused on supporting body, mind and performance through high-quality nutrition.
Determined to create products free from artificial sweeteners, GMOs and poorly sourced ingredients, they began developing real-food, nutrient-dense recipes on long train journeys across India. Back in the UK, they experimented extensively, culminating in their first ketogenic protein bar made from 100% organic, real-food ingredients.
Today, Izzi and Josh run Ape Nutrition full-time, offering grass-fed supplements, protein powders and functional foods. Every product reflects their commitment to clean, bioavailable nutrition, helping their community achieve better health, performance and overall wellbeing.
