Collect your stool sample while following your usual diet and lifestyle to ensure your results reflect your normal routine. Avoid making significant changes in the two weeks leading up to your sample collection, as this can affect accuracy. Activate your test kit through the online portal, then send your sample to the lab using the prepaid Royal Mail return envelope. Your personalised report will be available online once your results are ready. 

Please AVOID taking a sample if you:

• Have taken antibiotics in the last 4 weeks
• Are having a bout of illness
• Have digestive issues such as diarrhoea
• Have had a big night out
