How To Use

Take two tablets in the morning and two tablets in the evening. If you have trouble swallowing the tablets they are nearly tasteless and crumble easily, so you can chew them and swallow with a sip of water. Alternatively, you can crush them and mix with yogurt or a similar food. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
For best results we recommend using this supplement consistently for at least 90 days.
