We recommend taking one tablet per day with breakfast. Do not take on an empty stomach if products containing B vitamins make you feel nauseous. You can take the multivitamin at lunchtime, but we advise that you do not take them later in the day as although our product does not contain stimulants, some individuals may be sensitive to certain nutrients. Do not exceed the recommended intake or use as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

If you have a know iron deficiency, we recommend using an additional iron supplement alongside our Advanced Multivitamin, until your GP confirms that your iron levels have reached a satisfactory level. We don’t include iron in our Advanced Multivitamin as taking the mineral to excess over the long term could be harmful to those without a deficiency.

If you are on blood-thinning medication, do not take our Advanced Multivitamin without the permission of your doctor. It contains vitamin K2, which can interfere with blood thinners.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, It’s best to switch to our Pregnancy Multinutrient as our Advanced Multivitamin is not formulated for prenatal use. Our Pregnancy Multinutrient is ideal whether you’re trying conceive, are already pregnant or are breastfeeding.

If you are taking prescribed medication, you should always check with your doctor first and read the information leaflet with your medicine(s) for contraindications.
