Place the wrap over the affected shoulder, following the diagrams in the manual. Secure the straps so the wrap fits snugly but comfortably, without restricting movement or circulation.

Choose heat, cold or contrast mode as recommended for your stage of recovery. Adjust temperature and session length according to the instructions and your comfort level.

During treatment, regularly check your skin and how it feels. Stop use immediately if you experience pain, excessive heat or cold, numbness or irritation.
