How To Use

Before first use, read the user manual carefully and follow all safety guidance.
Place the wrap around your knee so the treatment area is centred over the front of the joint. Secure the straps so the fit is snug but comfortable, without restricting circulation.
Choose your desired mode (heat, cold or contrast), then adjust the temperature and duration as recommended in the manual. Start with shorter sessions and increase only as advised.
During use, regularly check your skin and comfort level. Stop treatment immediately if you experience pain, excessive heat or cold, numbness or irritation.
Switch off the device, disconnect from power if needed and remove the wrap. Allow the unit to cool before storing in a cool, dry place. Follow the cleaning and care instructions in the manual.
