Fushi Organic Valerian is made from 100% pure, freshly ground valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), organically grown and sustainably harvested. Valerian has been traditionally valued in herbal practices for its calming qualities, particularly when winding down in the evening.

Prepared by hand in Fushi’s London workshop, the roots are freshly ground in small batches — never older than three months — and encapsulated within three days to preserve their natural character. Air or sun-dried, with no fillers or preservatives, the capsules deliver pure freshness in every serving.

Packaged in eco-friendly, light-protective glass bottles with aluminium lids, Fushi’s Fresh-Ground® herbs are vegan-friendly, plastic-free and crafted with care.
