How To Use

Consume 1-6 capsules per day (500-3000mg of powder, which is equivalent to 2.5-15 grams of raw organs). Start out with 1 capsule per day, ideally with breakfast of lunch to flood your body with micronutrients for the day ahead, and slowly increase the dose until you feel symptoms alleviate.
This is one of our more potent products, which is why we recommend starting with 1 capsule per day for a week and on the second week taking 2 capsules per day and so on until you reach the dose (maximum 6) where you feel symptoms subside.
As our products are made from real food, it's important to give them time to work. Although organ meat is incredibly nutrient dense, it's natural and therefore best results are seen from taking consistently.
