Liposomal Magnesium L-Threonate

Take 2 sachets per day in divided doses. Open the sachet, squeeze gel contents into a small amount of water or juice. The gel contents will not dissolve, drink on an empty stomach 15 minutes before eating.Can also be folded gently into a yoghurt.
