Shake Well: Before opening, give the pouch a good shake to ensure that all the botanicals and vitamins are evenly mixed.
Prepare Fresh Water: Always start with freshly boiled water to make the perfect cup. Avoid using re-boiled water as it may affect the flavour of your tea.
Measure: Place 4 grams or 2 heaped teaspoons of our loose-leaf tea into an infuser.
