    Place a handful of salts under running water and allow to disperse. Exhale and immerse yourself in healing water for approx. 15mins – long enough for the body to absorb the soothing blend. Alternatively add a handful of salts into a bowl of water and enjoy a foot soak to work on the reflexes.
