How To Use

Internally
1 teaspoon (5ml) on it’s own or mix with a drink or water. You can also add to smoothies, dips or salad dressings.

Externally
For skin, dilute it with a few teaspoons of a carrier such as coconut oil or almond and apply topically. Add a few drops to your shampoo or conditioner to nourish and strengthen.
