How To Use

Before first use, read the user manual carefully and follow all safety guidance.
Fully charge the boots using the supplied charging dock before first use.
Slip on each boot, ensuring your feet and calves are comfortably positioned.
Power on the boots and select your preferred compression level (1–7).
Sit back and relax as the Normatec Premier delivers a gentle, pulsating massage to aid muscle recovery and circulation.
A typical session lasts 20-30 minutes. After use, power off and store the boots in the travel pouch.
