How To Use

Select your preferred attachment (e.g., ball for large muscle groups, bullet for trigger points).
Power on the device and choose one of three speeds based on your comfort and target area.
Apply gently to muscles - use the pressure sensor’s LED to find the ideal pressure without pushing too hard.
Move slowly over muscles in sweeping motions; spend 30 seconds on each area.
Relax afterwards, and recharge the device once battery low. Wipe heads with a clean cloth and keep stored in a dry bag.
Use daily for warm-ups, post-workout recovery, or tension relief - especially in shoulders, back, legs, and glutes.
