Hifas da Terra HIFAS-Menopause is a carefully formulated food supplement designed to support wellbeing during the menopause transition. This blend combines Reishi, Lion’s Mane, and Cordyceps mushrooms with botanicals including Ashwagandha and Green Tea.

Enriched with essential vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, Vitamin D to help maintain normal bones, Vitamin A to support the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, and Zinc which contributes to normal cognitive function and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B6 and Vitamin D also help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
