Traditionally revered in Ayurveda as a detoxifying and rejuvenating resin, Fushi Organic Guggul is made from 100% pure Commiphora mukul, freshly ground by hand in their London workshop. In traditional Ayurvedic practice, Guggul has been associated with helping to maintain internal balance and is often included in cleansing and rejuvenating rituals.

In Ayurveda, Guggul is believed to help balance the three doshas – Vata, Pitta and Kapha – and is traditionally used to support digestive fire (Agni) and metabolic processes. It has long been valued for its purifying qualities and its place in gentle, holistic approaches to wellbeing.

To help preserve its natural vitality, the resin is air- or sun-dried before being freshly ground and encapsulated within three days – without any preservatives, fillers, or additives. Each batch is packaged in recyclable dark glass to help protect freshness.
