For a healthy 177 calorie shake*, mix 50g of Peakblend with 250ml of water or your preferred non-dairy milk.

The amount and type of liquid you add will affect sweetness and thickness, so experiment and see what works best for you.

We avoid including plastic measuring scoops in order to minimise the environmental impact of our products. Please use scales if you need to be precise with quantities. A heaped tablespoon is approx. 20g and you can adjust the amount of product you use according to your taste and preference.

Best served cold or with ice. Drink one or two servings a day, or as required according to your health and lifestyle goals.
