    Once per day: As a food supplement, take x2 capsules per day after a meal, or split over two meals if preferred. Store in a cool dark place, out of direct sunlight.

    Ingredients per daily two capsule serving: 

    Omega 3 Fatty Acids incl. EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) 100mg, DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) 450mg, Other omega 3 50mg. Other Ingredients: Fish gelatine, glycerol, antioxidants: mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract.
