Little People: Multivitamin by Cytoplan is a thoughtfully formulated daily multivitamin and mineral supplement designed for children aged four and over, teenagers and lightweight adults. These small, easy-to-swallow tablets provide carefully balanced levels of vitamins and minerals to support everyday wellbeing during periods of growth and development.

This updated formula now includes 50µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, the bioactive form that supports energy-yielding metabolism, normal immune and nervous system function and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. It also contains vitamin D3 for healthy bones and immune support, alongside a full spectrum of B-complex vitamins and antioxidant nutrients like vitamins C and E.

Little People includes 2mg of iron per tablet, which supports normal cognitive development in children, and 30µg each of iodine and chromium. Iodine contributes to normal thyroid hormone production, cognitive function, and growth in children, while chromium supports the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

With no unnecessary additives and suitable for vegetarians and vegans, Little People is an ideal choice for parents looking for gentle, effective nutritional support in a form that’s easy for kids to take.

  • How To Use

    Children aged from 4-6 years = 1 tablet daily with food 

    Aged 6 years and over and adults = 1 tablet per 20kg of bodyweight daily or as directed by a practitioner.
