Cytoplan’s Foundation Formula 1: Multivitamin & Mineral is a comprehensive, Food State multivitamin and mineral formula ideally suited to teenagers and menstruating women. With a broad range of nutrients in bio-effective forms, Foundation Formula 1 offers excellent daily support for energy, immunity, cognitive function and hormonal balance.

This two-a-day formula provides generous levels of key vitamins and minerals, including B-complex vitamins (with active methylated forms of folate, B12 and B6), alongside vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin E and vitamin K. It includes trace minerals such as selenium, zinc and chromium, as well as iodine, boron, copper, manganese and molybdenum to support a wide range of body systems.
Iron is included at a gentle 7mg per daily dose - ideal for menstruating women and teenagers, who may have higher iron requirements but benefit from a lower dose that’s well tolerated.

Made with Food State nutrients - vitamins and minerals presented in the same form as found in food - Foundation Formula 1 is designed for optimal absorption and effectiveness. It also includes beta 1-3, 1-6 glucan, a natural compound that supports the immune system, making this a robust formula for everyday health and vitality.
