Magnesium Oil Body Spray

Spray on the body and massage into the skin to stimulate absorption. Ideal after showering or before sleep. Reapply as required. For best results, apply to clean skin. Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.

Contains 600 sprays. 10 sprays delivers 200mg of elemental magnesium. For children we recommend halving the dosage as their additional daily supplementation need is lower than that of an adult.

The Magnesium Tingle: As Magnesium deficiency is common, you may experience a slight tingling sensation on initial application. This is caused by the rapid absorption of Magnesium chloride through the skin, showing your body is absorbing this much-needed nutrient. The tingle is completely safe and will pass with regular use. We recommend starting with one or two sprays and building up gradually. If irritation occurs, stop use.
