ARTAH Sleep Tonic

Take 3 ml with water, as a tea or neat, 30 minutes before bed. To support with mood or anxiousness, take 1 ml up to 3 times per day when needed.

Switching off enough to allow sleep to settle over you can be tricky, but this tonic, formulated with plant extracts known for their mildly sedative effects and gently relaxing effect, calms anxious thoughts and induces a sleepy state. Even better, there’s no drowsiness the next morning which means you’ll wake feeling energised not exhausted.
