The Naked Pharmacy Black Garlic with Vitamin D

Adults and children 8yrs+: Take one to two capsules daily, with food. We always recommend that you follow a healthy and balanced diet. All of our capsules can be twisted open and the contents mixed with food or drink, such as a yogurt or smoothie, to consume if required. Caution: we don't advise the use of this supplement during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.

This form of the vitamin is readily absorbed and results in high levels of serum vitamin D. 3) Organic Moringa Leaf is a natural prebiotic added to support the gut microbiome. This prebiotic provides the gut probiotics with important vitamins, minerals and nutrients for optimum gut health. The combination of these three elements in this supplement can support cardiovascular, immune and digestive health.
