Maz is a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist, fully qualified and insured, with expertise in gut health and autoimmunity. Her journey into nutrition began with personal health challenges, including Rheumatoid arthritis, which led her to explore alternative approaches to wellness.
Having studied extensively at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, Maz takes a holistic, science-led approach to nutrition. She focuses on underlying factors driving symptoms, with the aim of uncovering and addressing the root cause of health issues.
Maz believes wholeheartedly in the healing power of nutrition and its profound effect on both physical and mental health. Her personal experience overcoming chronic pain informs her passionate approach to helping others achieve optimal wellness.
Every nutrition plan Maz creates is carefully tailored to the individual. She considers a wide range of factors, including blood test results, medical history, interactions between body systems, signs of nutrient deficiencies and chemical imbalances, food allergies, genetic predispositions, toxic exposure, and lifestyle and environmental factors.
To further her mission of supporting clients on their journey to better health, Maz founded Nourishful Nutrition. Through this platform, she provides straightforward guidance and effective tools, empowering individuals to feel their best through targeted diet and lifestyle changes.

Erin is particularly interested in three key areas: skin health, weight management, and hormonal balance. Laura Southern is the founder of London Food Therapy and a registered Nutritional Therapist with over a decade of experience. She is passionate about empowering others with the knowledge they need for a more nutritious, healthier and happier life.
Laura's journey into nutritional therapy began with a personal struggle. Growing up with a severe skin complaint, she tried numerous remedies and sought advice from various sources. It was through nutrition that she finally found the key to managing her condition. With expert help and a tailored plan, Laura learned to tune into her body and gained control over her symptoms. This transformative experience changed her life profoundly and inspired her career path.
Motivated by her own journey, Laura pursued a diploma in Nutritional Therapy, studying for four years at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition. Since qualifying, she has treated clients worldwide, addressing a range of health challenges including fertility, weight management, IBS, stress-related issues and digestive disorders, among others. Laura is fully insured and a member of BANT, the governing body for Nutritional Therapy in the UK.
Her expertise has led to consultancy roles with London Gynaecology, providing nutritional support for their female patients, as well as The Harley Street Centre for Women. Beyond her private practice, Laura has hosted large-scale talks for high-profile corporate companies, consulted with brands on their nutrition content and menus, contributed to well-known publications and magazines, and appeared on television programmes offering expert nutritional advice.

Belle, a dedicated nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Medicine, combines academic rigour with creative flair to inspire better health and wellbeing. Her background in education and passion for human connection infuse her practice with empathy and effectiveness.
Belle offers a comprehensive range of nutrition-based services, including one-to-one consultations, Functional Medicine testing, health workshops, and 'Cleanse' courses. She also shares her expertise through lectures, menu creation, and articles on nutrition and lifestyle. As a nutritionist for 'Invivo', she further extends her mission to facilitate better mental and physical health through investigating the microbiomes.
Based in West Sussex, Belle works across London, Brighton, and surrounding areas. Her practice extends globally through annual wellness retreats, including cleansing journeys to Gozo and collaborations with Wild View Retreat in Portugal.
