Two capsules contain saffron stigma powdered extract (containing saffranal, crocin and picrocrocin) 30mg, vitamin D3 (food source from algae) 10mcg 200% NRV, organic marine algae (provides iodine)140mcg (93% NRV), organic Baobab (prebiotic), tapioca capsule shell.

This formulation contains iodine it should not be used if taking iodine supplements and it is not suitable for those with an overactive thyroid gland. It is suitable for those with an underactive thyroid gland who may be receiving thyroxine therapy.
