It contains four well-researched strains from the Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, and Lactococcus genera, including Lactobacillus acidophilus/helveticus Rosell-52 and Bifidobacterium bifidum Rosell-71. These strains have been scientifically studied and shown to reach the gut alive.

The formula also includes FOS (Fructooligosaccharides), a prebiotic fibre that feeds beneficial bacteria naturally present in the gut.

How To Use

Take 1 sachet daily for 7-28 consecutive days, preferably with breakfast. Shake sachet, gradually sprinkle contents into a glass of water and vigorously swirl to dissolve fully. Can be taken occasionally (e.g. monthly), or on an ongoing basis.
