Children aged 6-9 years: Take one capsule each morning, with food. Children aged 10-14 years: Take two capsules each morning with food.

 Alternatively, capsules can be twisted open and the contents mixed into food or drink, such as a yogurt or smoothies. Please note, we recommend supplements be used in conjunction with a healthy and balanced diet.
