Return Eligibility

We are happy to refund any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging.

If the products are for regular delivery (for example, a subscription), you can only change your mind after the first delivery.  If the products are split into several deliveries over different days, the period runs from the day after the last delivery.

How To Return A Product(s)

Thank you for your recent purchase with W-Wellness. If you wish to return an item within our 14-day return window, please follow the steps below:

  1. Prepare Your Return Package:
  • Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  1. Label the Package:
  • Clearly mark the package with your original order number followed by RETURN. For example: 0000-RETURN.

Return Shipping

The shipping cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer unless the product received are not as described or faulty. In this case, please contact our customer service team on concierge@w-wellness.co.uk

Refund Process

Providing that the returned product(s) is in its original state, unused and in original packaging, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the products back from you (or receiving evidence you’ve sent them to us). We refund you by the method you used for payment. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded. We don’t charge a fee for the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original product(s) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain product(s) are non-returnable. These include but are not limited to:

gift cards;

products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them;

products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised; and

products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.
